Annie’s professional room design help has enabled me to transform what was an attic room that no one wanted to spend time in, into a wonderful flexible work from home office, come guest room, come 2nd TV lounge that we all now want to be in. Annie was straightforward to approach, really easy to talk to in more detail and put me at complete ease by taking the time to listen and understand what we wanted to use the room for, what would help us to emotionally connect with it, and what designs we liked. From there, she provided us with a room concept that hit the nail on the head and left me with a massive grin on my face and a real feeling of excitement. Annie provided us with professional plans, drawings, mood boards and shopping lists within the agreed timescale and I started purchasing the furniture and accessories immediately!

She went to great lengths to ensure that the final design pack was exactly what we wanted by holding two feedback video calls and encouraging us to make suggestions and request changes. I’m so pleased with the final design and that we could arrange our own joiner and decorator as well as enjoy the experience of buying the shopping list recommendations ourselves.
